Why do I need a vogmask?
There are countless good reasons to own a vogmask. However, if you have never tried using a particle mask or have only seen doctors and carpenters wearing them, you might be skeptical. But have you ever said to yourself "I shouldn't be breathing this"? Our modern world is filled with environmental hazards. Pollution has become a fact of life in certain areas. Some home cleaning products contain powerful chemicals. Brake dust from automobiles is filled with harmful particles. Travelling on an airplane or train exposes your body to countless unseen hazards. Wearing a vogmask will give you peace of mind. Your air is pure. Also, there are reasons to wear a vogmask that aren't related its incredible filtering efficiency: In cold weather, a vogmask provides an unexpected layer of warmth. In urban settings a vogmask gives you peace of mind, knowing that the air you are breathing is pure and clean. Also, many people cherish the anonymity of wearing a vogmask. How do you cover up? |

Microfiber vs Organic?
The non-woven microfiber material used by vogmask™ is the most advanced particle mask filter material in the world. It is soft and comfortable, hypoallergenic and remains dry and comfortable during prolonged use. It filters all particles over 3 micrometers in size including bacteria.
Organic cotton masks are made from woven organic cotton. The cotton has more stretch than microfiber, so the masks fit a wider range of head size. Organic cotton mask material does an excellent job of filtering particles, but does not achieve the high filtration percentages of the microfiber materials. Organic cotton is extremely easy to breathe through and comfortable to wear for long periods. |
|
What does reusable mean?
The filtering efficiency of a vogmask™ is increased with further use until the breathing resistance is noticeable. Depending on the air quality conditions of use, the vogmask™ may be used repetitively with superior filtering capability. Also, vogmask™ is engineered to last many uses longer than a conventional or disposable particle mask. All the materials used are premium quality. Replace mask if breathing becomes more difficult from previous use. |
|
Can I wash my vogmask?
Organic cotton vogmask™ may be hand washed and hung to dry. Slight fading of the graphics on the mask may occur.
Non woven microfiber vogmasks are also washable; successive washings may affect the filtering capability of the mask. |
|
Will my vogmask prevent me from getting sick?
Wearing a vogmask keeps certain airborne particles out of your nose, mouth and lungs. However, exposure to illness is still possible. Filtering is more efficient when mask is fitted properly. Follow directions on package. |
